"As a first time home buyer, I wasn't sure what to expect. I was afraid of overlooking documents and agreeing to terms I wasn't aware of or terms that can be adjusted to something more agreeable . I've talk to many agents before agreeing to have Vera as my buyer's agent. She gave me confidence in the documents I was signing. She is honest and looks out for your best interest. She offers alot of insights on the pros and cons of a house and she doesn't pressure you into making an offer or pressuring you to go above your comfortable budget to get that ideal home. She make herself available to call and text throughout the day (she does have a life.. so sometimes it takes 2-3 hours for a response). She is the type of agent that will go out of her way to make sure everything is going smoothly and any concerns are addressed. She is an amazing agent to work with. My husband and I truly appreciate all the time she took in scheduling the long list of homes we wanted to tour and her patience throughout the 6-7 months of working with her to find the perfect starter home."
